Delta Cartoon P and Peak Factotum are two brand new bulls CRV had added to its portfolio.
Peak Factotum is the second newcomer in the UK. He offers good production (85kg fat and protein), combined with positive daughter fertility (+9.7) and awesome udders (2.29), resulting in 855 PLI. Factotum is a AltaZazzle son, a sire of sons that has been used heavily in the Peak breeding program. His dam is a Positive daughter from the Roylane Shottle Mindy and Seagull-Bay Oman Mirror cow family. Oman Mirror was the dam of the famous bull Robust. Factotum is the full brother to Peak Fugleman. High production combined with good fertility is not easy to find. Factotum offers this combination, but he is also a real health bull with a nice CRV Health index (+6%). And that is not all this internationals sire of son inherits. Perhaps what stands out even more are the superb udder producers can expect on his daughters. With well over 2 points for mammary he is one of CRV’s highest udder bulls. Factotum is also a real calving ease bull. His own calves are born easily, and his daughters are expected to give birth easy also.
